Membership Terms & Condition

Terms & Condition

1. This program consist of Gold & Platinum package only.

2. The monthly Quota will be refresh every 1st of the calender month.

3. Balance of the monthly quota are not allow to carry forward to the next month.

4. How do we count the 1st month membership:
   Referring to the working example as below for Illustration,
   i.If Customer X subscribe the membership in any-days during the January 2024, the company will start the 1st month membership on 1st February 2024 until 31st Jan 2025 with a validity of 12 months ( 1 year). 
   ii.The available (balance) quota for January 2024 is allow to carry forward to February 2024.
   iii.The company only allow the balance to be carry forward during this time is to ensure fairness to our new subscribers who enroll during the mid / end of the month.

5. How to redeem the monthly quota:
   a. Referring to the working example as below for illustration,  redemption of quota, the formula is ( total items or total weight / 2 ),
   
   i.Customer is a GOLD member
   •If Customer A arrange 10kg garments for Wash & Fold,
   5kg – Quota redemption.
   5kg – balance is require to be pay for this laundry service.
   The bill will be, 5kg x RM5 = RM25
   Quota balance =
   8kg – 5kg = 3kg (balance for next redemption within the same month)
   
   How much did customer spend & save in this program:
   Total Customer A just need to pay RM25.
   (member save RM25, if non member the bill is RM50.)
   
   •if Customer B arrange 20kg garments for Wash & Fold, 5pcs garments for ironing,
   Wash & Fold Quota Redemption calculation,
   8kg – Quota redemption. (Full quota redemption.)
   12kg – balance will be require to be bill in this laundry service.
   Wash & Fold Bill will be, 12kg x RM5 = RM60
   Quota balance = 0 (Fully redeem)
   
   Ironing Quota Redemption calculation,
   2pcs – Quota Redemption
   3pcs – balance is require to be bill in this laundry service.
   Ironing Bill will be, 3pcs x RM5 = RM15
   Quota balance = 8pcs – 2pcs = 6pcs (balance available for next redemption within the same month)
   
   How much did customer spend & save in this program:
   Total Customer B has redeem
   8kg of Wash & Fold (worth RM40) & 2pcs ironing (worth RM10).
   Total save RM50 in this laundry service.
   Customer B only require to pay only RM75 for this bill.
   (member save RM50, if non member the bill is RM125.)
   
   

6. Before confirmation of subscription, interested party are require to refer & agree & accept on the redeemable listing (for wash & fold, ironing, wash & iron) and the Terms & Condition in the sales order / bills during the engagement of the laundry activities to avoid dispute & argument before purchasing this membership program.

7. The redeemable listing which set by the company has the rights to amend the listing in anytime that the company think is fit without prior notice.

8. Membership program is not transferable, not refundable after purchase.

9. The membership program is 12 months validity only.

10. .FREE PICK-UP & DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT

This membership program is solely on Free Pick-up & Delivery services only. The minimum on arranging the laundry services must be on a minimum laundry bill of RM30 & above (amount after discount). If the laundry order is lower than RM30, we will not accept proceed the order. Unless member agree with our terms by filling in the gap to RM30 as the transportation fee. Illustration as below,

If member request a Laundry service and the Laundry bill is only RM10 after discount, we will charge RM20 as transportation fee to fill up the gap to RM30 in order to arrange the Free Pick up & Delivery service.
•However we will usually advise & request customer to compile more laundry items in order to arrange for the laundry service that could achieve the minimum amount.
•We will also remind members and assist members on the estimation quote before confirmation of the arrangement.
No discount or redemption given to our members if members walk-in to our collection point / outlet, unless with a valid reason which accepted by the company.

11. This membership program is only offer to selected area only. The coverage are as below,
    •Putra Heights Subang Jaya.
    •USJ in Subang Jaya.
    •Tropicana Golf & Country Resort Petaling Jaya.
    •PJU 3 Petaling Jaya.
    •Ara Damansara Petaling Jaya.
    •Bandar Rimbayu.
    •Eco Santuari.
    •Tropicana Aman.
    •Gamuda 257 Quayside.
    The company will expand the coverage once the stable ecosystem is being establish.

12. The company has the rights to adjust the selling price of the membership program, adjust the laundry fees / charges in anytime without prior notice.

13. Interested party must ensure they fully aware about the Terms & Condition in this program, accept & agree with the terms & conditions before subscribe the membership program. The company will not entertain any complains after interested party has subscribe the membership program.

14. The company reserve the right to suspend the membership program anytime if the member suspect on unusual activities or fraud.

15. The Company has the rights to reject the applicant or members or subscribers & reject the engagement of any laundry activities to any parties that the company think it may be at risk that could damage the company reputation.

1.Basic garments only

•Shirt / T-shirt / Blouse / Trouser / Pants / Slack / Skirt / Basic Dresses / any garments that is deem fit for wash & fold.

•wash by separate color (black & dark color, White & light color)

•separate by kind (garments, socks, undergarments)

Redeemable Wash & Iron items

1.Basic Garments only

•Shirt / T-shirt / Blouse.

•Trouser / Pants / Slack / Skirt

Redeemable Ironing items

1.Basic Garments only

•Shirt / T-shirt / Blouse.

•Trouser / Pants / Slack / Skirt

Non redeemable items / No under membership program

1.Garment items

•Blouse / T-shirt / Shirt / Trouser with beads / sticker / rubber material.

•with Lace material / with Beads material.

•Wool material / Silk material / Knitted material.

2.Bedlinen items

•Bedsheet, Quilt, Quilt Cover, Comforter, pillow case, bolster case, mattress protector & any related to bedlinen category.

3.Household items 

•Towel, Curtains, Floor Mat, Rug, Cushion Cover, Table Cloth & any related to household category.

4.Dry Cleaning / Special care / Delicate items

•Dry cleaning items.

•Special care/ Delicate items - Gown, Saree, Traditional Cultural care, Leather related items, Winter Garments, Soft Toys & any related to Dry cleaning / Special care / Delicate relates items.

5.Shoes
